Regulamin

The service

Cedrus Games lets you play browser games for free, with or without an account. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be, or that it will be free of errors.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16, or the lower age set for this in your country (never under 13), to create an account. Younger players need a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• Give a real email address you can read: it is how you get back into the account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• You can delete your account in settings at any time.

Fair play and conduct

Do not:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or tamper with games, scores or replays;
• harass, threaten or impersonate others, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content in your name, profile or anything you share;
• attack, overload or probe the site, or get around its limits and protections;
• collect other players’ data, or use the site to advertise or to spam;
• report other players falsely on purpose.

Players can report each other from inside a game. A moderator looks at the match itself — its chat and recording — and may warn you, turn off your chat, block you from a game for a time, or close your account. You are shown the reason and how long it lasts.

We may remove content, reset scores or items gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we reasonably can, we tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@cedrusgames.com.

Items and Cedars

Cases, items and the in-game currency Cedars are part of the games. They are not sold for money, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property: you receive a personal, revocable licence to use them on Cedrus Games. Trading them for real money or anything outside the site is not allowed.

We may rebalance, change or retire items and Cedars. Items gained through cheating or bugs may be removed. If paid features are ever added, they will come with separate terms that you accept before paying.

What you share

Your display name, profile, replays you share and comments you write stay yours. By sharing them you allow us to store, show and distribute them on Cedrus Games to the audience you chose, for as long as you keep them there. Report anything that breaks these terms with the report button or at support@cedrusgames.com.

Games and content

The games, artwork, music and the site itself belong to us or to their creators and are protected by copyright. You may play them on Cedrus Games; you may not copy, re-host or resell them.

Liability

The service is free and provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of progress, items or Cedars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; if a change matters, we will tell you on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using Cedrus Games after that, the new terms apply. You can stop at any time by deleting your account.
