Action games are about doing, not waiting: a siren behind you, a till to empty, a chase through traffic. They start in a click, right in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
Siren City is an open city you play as your own avatar. As a cop you pull speeders over, check papers against the database and chase robbers with the siren on; as a robber you hold up shops, the jeweller’s and the bank and run for a hideout; as a civilian you drive a taxi, deliver pizza and spend the evening on the beach. Up to twelve people share one city, and bots keep both sides busy.
Sky Islands is a flight among floating islands on your own airship, alone or with up to three friends. Take orders from the board, land on the islands, look for hidden finds, catch beasts with nets and bring the hold home before the storm; what you earn buys better parts for the ship.
Your money, ranks and everything you buy are kept, and it plays with a keyboard, a gamepad or your phone as the controller.
